I love eating.

I was very sick for many years, so sick that I knew if I removed any of the items from my diet, it would put me into a detox that I did not have the energy for.

I was told medication, for the rest of my life, and I knew that if I took the medication it would fake feeling better, and I could continue to do what I was doing that was creating the problem! Also, I could never do daily anything, I prefer a much more natural flow that does not require prescription filling.

The organs and organ systems failing in an obvious way were my digestive system, respiratory, heart, thyroid, kidneys, but if I wasn't going to take medication or restrict my diet, what was I going to do?
