Our bodies are created by, and create our energy aspects, our physical is the slower vibration, so when we take the time to make space in our physical, we free the limits in our mind, soften our emotional response, and clean our circulation for spiritual alignment.

Maia Movement is guided observation of your unique being. In supported rest positions you feel your physical limits, a result of repetitive choices, genetics, experiences... and as you observe without judgement that which has been held close for your survival, as you feel your present moment of supported safety, your survival response can start to release. Your defenses soften, circulation increases, organ systems come into balance, and boundaries become stronger...
Then...

Who am I?
Hi, I'm Juli, and my mornings & early evenings are spent with
Maggie, Pi Pi & Daisy
Since 2008 I have been studying myself in motion. Learning to know myself, to be myself, in the environment I find myself in, in my culture, in my home. I found these lessons in Kahuna training, using the technique or practice of Hula & Romi Kaparere (massage/bodywork) I was guided to honest self awareness, unconditional self love and unapologetic expression of my unique self.
I was to taught to recognise & peel back the layers of control that we hold ourselves under, releasing the limits of generations and being able to feel the importance of each aspect of my being, the validity of every emotion, and I did this through the physical body.
Within my physical body I discovered tension I was numb to, but that was causing me dysfunction & pain, and when I began to release these areas, the energy was returned to my body, I found freedom within, which resulted in balanced energy, effortless strength, my complete-unique and
blissfully thoughtless breath...
and I expanded my mind.
My training was in universal principles, & evolution, it was the physical action to the mental explanation of philosophers like Allan Watts & Eckhart Tolle.
When I started learning about Quantum Physics, I heard people verbalising what I had already experienced in my own body.
Physically I have been studying the human organ systems as an integrated whole organism, overseen by the nervous system, there is no separation, no aspect or body part that is more important than the rest.
Maia is a Goddess of Spring, and is the perfect energy for reminding each of us that new life grows from within, if we learn how to be an environment that is nourishing for cellular reproduction, we will be health, we will heal when injured.
Maia Movement is where you can learn to be the healthy environment with every move you make... it is in how you move & hold your body.
Maia Bodywork shows you what you are capable of, and if someone else can make you feel better... you can feel like that all the time, if you learn to refine how you move, and let go of all the holds you have on your body...
